Hired Attorney

My son hired Kim for a dissolution with children. He paid her $8880 upfront and then got the run around. Eight months later, there is no temporary parenting. My son asked for full custody( his child resides with him and he takes care schooling, housing, medical issues, etc.), Kim submitted a parenting on 11/24 for 50/50 custody without his consent. He did not agree to 50/50 and told her to change it. She did norm. She dropped him as a client the day before the court date Kim does nothing in a timely or informative manner. Kim does not honor the appointments she sets. She does everything by email so she can save costs on printing. Kim,I have never been to your house, (which is her office), but we did talk on the phone this summer, your reply was if my son wasn’t happy, he could find a different attorney but wouldn’t receive any monies in return. Kim sent paperwork to the respondent’s attorney a month after telling my son that the other attorney was off the case. You did a poor job.

Hired Attorney

My experience of this attorney was HORRIBLE! Ms. Ouren is dishonest, unethical, unprofessional and is incapable of doing the basic things required of an attorney. She never filed any document with the court UNTIL AFTER I fired her. She did not show up for court, leaving me to represent myself. She did not provide copies of my documents, nor would she return my originals. She lied and falsified information. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Hired Attorney

Ms. Ouren had her minions hound me for $ daily during the first month I had hired her until I paid her 3 payments totalling $4800. I had to sell my boat. Ms. Ouren did not contact any of the 4 hospitals I had been in during the week in question. These medical records are the basis of my defense and was imperative. After continuing my omnibus hearing, Ms. Ouren failed to show up to her own continuance and an arrest warrant was issued for me. I fired her promptly and no refund or bill was given.
