Hired Attorney Steven Defoe

Defoe spoke with me several times about how the case was going and what to expect. His paralegals kept me informed on a weekly or biweekly basis. The communication was good and even though the process took longer than I had hoped I was informed every step of the way, as to what was going on and why there were delays.

Mr. Pickett was very informative of the process and knew his stuff. He ensured that my best interest was protected at all times. He didn't make promises that he couldn't keep but was adamant and trying his best to win my case and exceed my expectations. Sometimes it was difficult to get through or get a timely return response but that was usually because he was in court. In the end, my case did not get ignored at all. in fact, he worked hard and exceeded expectations. He fought hard inside and outside of the court and respected my wishes to keep costs down. In the end, my x was ordered to pay all attorney fees on my behalf. I hiighly recommend him.
