It is unfortunate that our closing process with Raimondi & Assoc. Monday was disappointing. Outside of being late, the documents were incorrect … Larry was curt, condescending and dismissive. It should have been a celebratory event for the buyer and the seller, instead everyone was left feeling uncomfortable. I’m not sure if that’s how Larry Raimondi treats all people, some people or if he was just having a bad Monday.
Extremely disappointing. Had a closing with him and couldn't be more dissatisfied. Shoved papers in front of me to sign, short irritated answers to questions. Ran out before we were finished to go to another closing. Left my loan payoff papers on the table and no documentation of any wire transfer was given. I had to have another attorney send over the loan payoff papers so they could be processed properly. If given a choice, I would search for another closing attorney and avoid this one.
