About Sergio Cabanas, Esq.

Sergio Cabanas, Esq. founded the Cabanas Law Firm in 2006 and provides Divorce and Family legal services, as well as Estate Planning, to ensure his clients have planned for their newly single life and are protected after their divorce. He began his career in law in 1992 as a prosecuting attorney at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, then continued his litigation track as an insurance defense attorney defending medical professionals against medical malpractice claims and expanded into disability and life insurance claims. Sergio is a Certified Mediator registered in the Supreme Court of Florida and a frequent speaker in the community about the importance of Estate Planning to keep families out of probate court and to prepare essential instructions in the event of disability or incapacity. He also holds Black Belt Rank in Tae Kwon Do and RTY 200 as a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

I want to take the time out to let the team at Cabanas Law Firm know how much I appreciate their help with my dad. Attorney Ms. Yolanda Fox is the best. She was very sympathetic in handling my dad's case. she treated him like he was her own father. Also the wonderful Jenna Dellicarpini who was always there when we needed an update or a followup, or anything else for that matter. If you are looking for a Law Firm that will treat you and your loveones like family, this is it! I never had to wonder what fase of our business we were in because they kept us updated all the time. Not to mention the fact that the owner checks in on you to make sure you are happy also. you also get weekly invoice update. I could not be more pleased with Ms. Fox and Mrs. Dellicarpini.

When I first contacted the office of Mr. Cabanas I was skeptical since I had a horrible experience with my previous attorney but Erick Estrada turned that horrible experience into a positive and pleasant one, he make me feel comfortable, he was very positive and confident about my case. Erick was very professional and he understood my concerns.Mr. Estarada is a real asset to the firm . The next I meet with Mr. Sergio Cabanas and Mr. Estrada and they make me feel confident once again . Mr. Cabanas spent 2 hours with me, he went above and beyond, and took time to help me to understand that I had the upper hand in my case and I was in a good position ,once again his words make feel confident, his knowledge was amazing. He already knew a lot about my case when I got there and that made me feel much better. I knew right away they were the right choice.
