Gerald and his staff were extremely accommodating and clear on all the items for my bankruptcy. {para}He was upfront with all charges and how the process was laid out. There was no brow beating involved and he explained the process and the steps of the whole bankruptcy until everything was 100% clear. If I ever needed to use his services again I would not hesitate but lets hope I never have to make that phone call!

Dishonest. Gerald Neiman tried to hide his fees in my settlement after I paid for my bankruptcy upfront. This would have been terrible as C-13 bankruptcy settlements are handled and enforced by the court. Very sneaky. When I protested he produced an unsigned fee agreement and claimed it had been sent to me. No service received for the money spent. He robbed me of the 2k cost of the initial bankruptcy, before I was unwittingly upsold to C-13 and almost fooled into signing off for the court.
