Attorney Wells has been aggressively representing persons charged with DWI's and criminal offenses for over 34 years. He began his practice in the dog-eat-dog arena that is the Boston court system. Since opening his criminal litigation practice in Keene, NH in 1989 he has tried hundreds of DWI cases in the circuit and superior courts, routinely handles assault and domestic related matters, tried serious felony level offenses, including first and second degree assaults, drug sale and possession, embezzlement and robbery to jury verdicts, and handled appeals to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
He has taught at Franklin Pierce University, been a great lecturer at Keene State College and River Valley Community College, and has a Master's degree in Theological Studies.
