Mrs. Martin practices in the areas of complex banking, corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestments, commercial leasing, real estate sales and development and corporate transactions. She represents multiple Fortune 500 companies in a variety of matters. She is a member of the Houston and Texas Bar Associations, Association of Women Attorneys (President, 2000/2001), Women in Real Estate & Finance (President, 1989).
