Mr. Dunne represents a diverse group of corporate, business, and individual clients in a variety of litigation and business consulting matters, including trials and appeals in federal and state courts, arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, and legal advice in commercial, real estate and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Dunne's practice encompasses resolving all manner of legal issues affecting businesses, with particular attention to litigation disputes involving health care providers, real estate, and contract disputes.
He has represented these and other clients in complex commercial and contract disputes, premises liability, property damage, and personal injury claims, creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation, and construction disputes. His trial practice has concentrated mainly in the trial of complex, document-intensive, commercial disputes between large corporate entities.
The nature of Mr. Dunne's practice has resulted in long associations with in-house corporate counsel managing active litigation dockets, and with business and commercial credit groups.
