Hired Attorney

He has poor communication skills. He lies about where your case is. He doesn't give you any real information about your case. I feel like he has dropped the ball in my case and is dragging it out because I told him I felt like he is doing his due diligence to close my case out. Now that he has settled and received my check 2 weeks ago. He doesn't know when I will receive it. He failed to inform me the day before that I was supposed to receive my check that an issue came up. No, he called me the day of. I asked him how much would I receive? He told me that he didn't know. Every question that I have asked him about my case since it has settled has been I don't know or we are still working on it.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
