I would highly recommend John Simon and his firm to represent anyone. John and Katlyn Irish were wonderful. I was in an accident and hit from behind in a small town Bolivar and John stepped up when I needed help the most. My case lasted for two years and every time I was going to give up John and Katlyn were right there encouraging me to hang on. I put my trust in John and Katlyn and they never once let me down. If I had a question I could call John anytime. I cant count the number of times I phoned John on the weekends when he was with his family. John would still talk to me and answer my questions. John even talked to me when his wife was in the hospital during her pregnancy. John and Katlyn were always professional but they also made me feel like more than just a client. I would both recommend the Simon law Firm and use them again if I needed representing. John and Katlyn worked hard to get the settlement I could live with. I owe then my piece of mind and a brighter future.

We are VERY disappointed. We have been submitting a consultation request request for more than two weeks. Have spoken to entry receptionists asking for a review of my wife's case (she lost her eye sight after a routine detatched surgery) and we are assured they are forwarding our issue but they never get back to us. That lack of responsiveness is very disappointing. This issue means everything to us, it I guess it means nothing to them. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this firm.

They are currently one of my lawyers in a roundup case. They are withholding the settlement disclosure. (bills and expense statement) and want me to sign a "blanket" release. IE: I recieve a 2M settlement, but have 3M worth of lawyer fees"! Them combined with wietz and Luxenburg from N.Y. are the biggest crooks in the state of missouri.
