I worked with Emily DeFoor and Mandy Pringle. I really can’t shout from the rooftops any higher that these two ladies along with the entire staff got me the exact results I needed. They were able to look at the case and forecast what they felt the other party was up to and protected me in the long run. My daughter used this firm for her divorce and quite frankly the calls she received and after every single appointment or meeting she had such a look of relief as opposed to not really knowing what the previous firm had planned. They allowed her to work from home uploading information and then though she wanted support's, these ladies confirmed that her future would consist of going back and forth with her spouse based on the situation they were seeing. They advised her against spousal support which saved her thousands in the end as her unemployed husband could have come back to capture more money from her. Calling Mandee was the best decision I made in my divorce process. At the time, it didn’t seem like I would actually need to retain an attorney, so I thanked her for the consult and went on my way. Cut to 3 months later, the mediation agreement had been signed, the papers just needed to be drafted, then some bumps appeared in the road. When communication became difficult between my husband and me, I knew it was time to get an attorney. I immediately called Mandee (after referring friends to her). I met with several lawyers who told me that my case wasn't worth pursuing. I met with Mandee and she gave me hope again. She explained to me the complicated nature of my case and the steps she anticipated being required to seek a successful result. Mandee told me that she loves going to trial and trying cases, but it was her goal to help me come to a settlement because a settlement would be better for my family and our ability to co-parent going forward.
