They are rather rude and uncaring and are only concerned about getting money from clients and don't really follow up with you unless its sending you receipts for payments or bills, they are very efficient at correspondences involving money.

They are rude and arrogant and are unwilling to really listen to a complaint. They side with businesses and not really at all caring about the clients.

We won the case but once the case was over, Kramer and Frank did very little to help us claim the settlement.

these people are so difficult, one of the reps didn't want to answer my question and hung up on me and pretended the call was disconnected but that was not true because he was on an office phone not a cell, they are slow to respond and will not work with you if you don't do exactly what they say and pay what they want when you want it paid.

I did not enjoy my expereince with them at all, they are uncaring and ignorant and rude, they have no interest in really helping you, they want your money and thats it.

was spoken to in a very rude disrespectful and demeaning way today and ever time. Every time I have gotten a call i have tried to make a payment.I know your job is to collect debt and make your money but there is a way to do it , and this is not the way to do it by in any means necessary. In May I made a payment over the phone, and we discussed that I wanted direct payments to be made. She said you changed the system that did not allow that at that time, and you were working on it , so I assumed that you did . I am also a teacher June and July no phone calls was made to I did not receive a letter stating that my account number they used there was a problem with it completing my payment. I was told today through my job, and I am teacher by the way, I was told today that 25% will be taken out of my account until the 2,000-dollar balance was paid for.
