Jonathan represented me in my divorce judgement appeal. He was ultimately successful in protecting everything originally granted to me by the trial court. During each stage of the appeal, Jonathan advised me of the process and the steps he would be taking. Our main correspondence was via email, and Jonathan always responded promptly. I approached Mr. Sternberg after my son was sentenced to seven years in jail as a result of a road rage incident. Though my son was the driver raged against, he was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault and spent 14 months in jail without a trial or possibility of a release on bail. Mr. Sternberg provided a forensic analysis of the trial proceedings and would have been hired to represent my son if the trial or sentencing phases could be revisited. In Mr. Sternberg's assessment of the case, the previous attorney failed at providing an aggressive defense at sentencing, but may have possibly been muted at the discretion of the Judge. In the strategies going forward Mr. Sternberg assured us, would provide little if any relief. We appreciated and respected his honesty.
