Henry is a very caring and knowledgeable attorney. He helped my daughter with her custody hearing for her daughter and led her in the right directions when her previous attorney did not give her any advice. We were very impressed with his service.

Mr service cost me my case... My ex-wife had disappeared for several months and she owed over $10,000 in back due child support. By the end of the case I was having to pay my ex-wife child support and knocked down to a measly 50% custody despite the ex-wife being missing in action. My ex-wife had moved 16 times in 2 and 1/2 years... I requested that we spent the money and the time to get all the records for that as well as show my kids having to move from school to school... Mr service did not bother to do any of that... In fact my ex-wife had a warrant out for her arrest while I did not have so much as an unpaid parking ticket. It's bizarre that I paid him even a dime...

RUN! DO NOT HIRE! His flat rate will cost you more than you could ever expect in the end. He sells a flat rate, does a poor job, NEVER communicates with you, and then tries to up-sell you on every legal maneuver you may need going forward. He’s always going out his way to fit in with the good ole boys down at the court house. He will project his identity issues on-to you, and your case, and short-sale you while attempting to rub shoulders with the opposition. He deflects every time you ask him why him or his office didn’t do something you requested. Or they never respond. Ultimately he wants to be accepted by his peers and attorneys more than anything else - much more than he wants to provide you with sincere & competent Counsel. Do NOT fall for his flat rate. The poor service will cost you more. He cost me 10k via a divorce trial after showing up 30 minutes late and the judge had already decided the case. RUN from this guy. Hired this guy for my uncontested dissolution of marriage after my ex decided to wave mediation and requested a trial. The communication from him and his staff was horrendous. I hadn’t seen my children in a year they never addressed that. I received numerous emails from the Guardian At Litem GAL that they never responded to her emails. Then i hired him for a violation of protective order accusation on May 5 which he never entered his appearance with KCMC on the date of my virtual hearing he wasn’t present on the call after several contacts from me went unanswered. He then had the audacity to contact me a few weeks after talking about i need too come to his office to sign some paperwork i had no knowledge of any documents that would need to be signed and i couldn’t sign them digitally. He charges a flat fee for his services and you get nothing for your money. in addition he loves petitioning the court for extensions.
