In 1996, Mr. Carter made the decision to do the right thing for people. He started Carter Law Offices right here in Kansas City, Missouri. Our work at the Carter Law Offices is based on a simple idea: If you put the right lawyers with the right experience and the right focus on the case, you can make a difference. We have been winning cases for our clients for years, and have developed the knowledge, experience and skill to handle even the most serious personal injury case. We represent the victims of truck accidents, as well as other motor vehicle accidents. Our clients are people who were injured in nursing homes, in cars, on buses or on the premises of another. They include the victims of medical malpractice and employment discrimination. No matter what they have faced, we can help them get results in Missouri and Kansas courts.

Hired Attorney Douglas L. Carter

Mr. Carter and his lovely wife Tina took on a major medical institution whose negligence had caused a Stage 4 bedsore on my 92 year old mother when several other attorneys had told me I had no case and to give up on obtaining justice for her. They went above and beyond the call of duty and eventually obtained a successful judgement in my mother's favor. Without them, this horrible abuse would have gone unpunished. They are fantastic people who genuinely care about their clients.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
