Brian Baggott represented my former employer in a non compete case against me. He was very unethical, arrogant disrespectful and unprofessional. He had no intention to settle pm a peaceful way. He acted as a bully in his communications and tried to use scare tactics and unlawful methods (threatened my new employer to fire me or she will be sued) to the level that left me no other option, but to report my former employer's behavior to EEOC . Probable cause was found by EEOC and it is still under investigation. He put them in a worse situation than started with. My former employer money on Baggot was defiantly wasted. Maybe he did want them to get in more trouble to charge them more?
