I have known Susan for many years. I first met her when I was in a time of crisis. I found Susan and hired her as my bankruptcy lawyer. My experience with Susan was beyond compare. She was businesslike and I can accept nothing less. She not only was caring but showed herself to be the queen of resources. she was NOT concerned about getting some money from me but instead helping me learn to do the work to improve my life. She helped me see the areas where, quite frankly I was failing myself. I had to be realistic and take responsibility for my life and Susan took care of the legal aspects. I can honestly say that my life dramatically improved. I have learned and grown from knowing Susan and in many aspects of my life, I can say that without our relationship I know that I would be on yet another financial down-spiral. If you are looking for an honest lawyer (yes I know that sounds impossible) try Susan. She does care about and wants to help people.
Susan was very caring when I met her. She gave me legal advice and after the filing of my case, assisted me throughout the course of my bankruptcy until I got a discharge. Whenever I emailed her, she was prompt in getting back to me via email. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking financial help and need to file bankruptcy.
I think Mrs. Bratcher is tough in her line of work and gets what needs to be done, but she has a big heart and can't help but to try and help her clients as much as she can.
