ADT/SAFE Haven transferred my call directly to this law firm. Your employee RON ROSS name sounds fake but anyhow. Ron was kind and misleading. But manageable, he was able to provide me a contact number to a company the debt with transferred too. Asked for some kind of paperwork state the transfer. also informed Ron of the following. According to a third party claiming to be part of this law firm. Violated §805(b) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, it is illegal for debt collectors to call your family members to discuss your debt. spoke with several of their employees with this matter. One told me pay your bills F**king BEANER! the other one provided a contact number to the company the company that claimed partnership!!!!! somebody needs to check these fools. Will file a formal complaint with all entities.

Absolutely abhorrent service. Blocked communication. I’m not kidding. I was blocked. Like how kids block bullies on twitter, yet I was discussing legitimate business and negotiation on something. Absurd.

This company lead by Dan and Penni are crookS beware!! Do not lend money from anyone associated to them AKA capassist. My story is this. I desperately needed money for my business so I accepted their ridiculous rates. (50% due in 3 months) because Stuart from Capassist assured me I can call him and reduce the daily payments if need be. So that's what I did, everything was going smooth for a while until one day when I asked for a further reduction, without any notification i was sued.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
