Stan is a wonderful attorney. He is a very kind ,knowledgeable , professional attorney. Stan returns phone calls promptly and is never too busy if you need advice. He has been my attorney for 23 years. You will not find one better . Stan tries to take into consideration what a person can pay, and tells you up front what his fees are, and what he can do or not do in your situation. That kind of honesty has always earned him a AAA+ in my book.
Great communication, provided easy to understand explanations of each step of the hearing process. Responded quickly to phone inquiries and was prompt in providing notice regarding changes in hearing dates/times and requests by opposing counsel. Overall I was very pleased and would use his services again.
Wasn't upfront with his cost for Divorce.
Mr McAfee is VERY unresponsive. I did not personally retain him, but my exhusband did. It took months to get him to respond to just about anything. He turned in DRA and other court documents (that were due 4 days prior to court) 5 minutes before court began. It's been 8 weeks since final court, and we are still trying to get ahold of him to get the final decree completed. I don't think he charged my ex for emails, & possibly some other things, so he's probably cheaper than another attorneys
