Hired for child-support/parenting-time and a home-sale case. My support objection was received one day late and was never refiled; he didn’t pursue show-cause as arrears grew; missed the 3/17/2024 hearing he sought to adjourn (court proceeded without us); filed the property case in the wrong forum, appeared unprepared, then told me to dismiss; billing felt excessive—and he recorded a $3,000 lien on my home despite no recovery. I filed a request for investigation with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, and the lien was recently released

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
