Paul has held executive management supervisory responsibility for various operational and support departments (Legal, Contracts, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Facilities).
Additionally, Paul provides guidance to executive management regarding enterprise and project risk in various contexts and frequently in the construction industry context.
Paul is admitted in Michigan and Florida and several federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
