Hired Attorney James W. Geiger

Jim Geiger has 40 years of wisdom and experience. He is a straight shooter, no nonsense lets get down to business. He does NOT milk the clock, he gives reference points in relation to advice on what has worked and what has not worked in the past. He is respectful and listened to our concerns, questions and has a great way of communicating jargon in a layman's terms. Mr Geiger came highly recommended as a top notch lawyer from the President of the Maui Chamber of Commerce. He was more than fair on his pricing and becuase he is so good, skilled and experienced at what he does the "clock" on time charged was even less than we expected. We highly recommend this lawyer for any type of business needs. We used him for a security agreement, promissory note, funding agreement and we will continue to use him for strategy was not listed as his speciality he nailed it.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
