Hired Attorney Mr. Earl Mallory

We were referred to Earl Mallory by several satisfied families who had previously used him for adoptions. Our experience could not have been better. Earl answered all of our questions and provided a thorough explanation of what to expect during the adoption process. When a child became available for adoption, Earl was by our side the entire time. Not only was the experience extremely positive, but it came at a fraction of the cost that most adoption lawyers charge.

Hired Attorney Mr. Earl Mallory

I contacted this firm seeking a consultation to determine whether my case was worth pursuing. The only positive aspect of the experience was that an assistant answered the phone and spoke with me directly. I explained that our Doberman passed away on January 3, 2026, due to what we believe was outright veterinary negligence. An emergency veterinarian—highly reputable—confirmed that the treatment provided by our regular veterinarian was improper and neglectful. I also explained that our regular veterinarian refused to see our dog that same day and behaved in an insulting manner. Several days after our dog’s death, the regular veterinarian’s office called to apologize, admitted they were wrong across the board, and stated the veterinarian involved was an employee (not the owner) and would be addressed regarding his conduct. After hearing all of this, the attorney’s assistant simply responded, “Okay, the consultation fee is $600.” Wow just to see if the case is worth pursuing. Stay away

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
