Hired Attorney

I requested some legal counsel, and was told that he would not represent my husband.

Hired Attorney

I went to Mark Choate, an employment lawyer, to solve a BIG employment issue. He chose to be a School Board President instead of solving a BIG lawsuit problem. I wrote to him as a Lawyer. He switched hats. He has the inability to distinguish his responsibility as a lawyer. He used his law office communication to represent his outside elected responsibility. I never communicated with the School Board for a reason. Mark Choate is not an ethical lawyer.
