I would never recommend. Total waste of money. Her and her staff were unreachable. If you wanted to speak to someone you would have to go in person. She was wonderful at the consultation until of course she got your money. She didnt know anything about our case and her plan of action was never put in to place. Very disorganized and uninformed. I def. would not hire if you are a father, not sure if she supports men. Seemed very bias. She also set up a mediation, never sent us the packet so we almost missed it, very poor organization!
Did an adoption many moons ago but failed to ask for a name change following adoption. After dealing with the social security office (during Covid which took months) only to be told we need a court document requesting name change. I called her office, her manager refused to help unless I paid more money.. MANY THOUSANDS of dollars didn’t cover that?? I absolutely do not recommend.
