Well, as a female, Jonny wanted a "favor". Stating that he would provide one in return on my case. Ugh. RUN from this man. So much wrong here that can't be stated in this review. And John S. Taylor is extremely incompetent on top of it. No clue of the law, & he had a really hard time determining (or even recalling) the basic facts in our case - one that's been going on for over 10 years now. Instead his eyes would roll up & down my body, as if I had no face to speak to. Spent close to $100k to date in our case. To get the worst result possible, as if we never had any attorney at all. This guy is a liar, a thief, & a womanizer. Will take all of your $$$ to do nothing (except try to get a favor outta you, at least if your female, I presume - hey no judgement here, Jonny.) UGH, I'm truly nauseous even writing this, having to recall the entire situation. BLECH.
This guy is in the process of taking my elderly disabled father's home away, due to a will contest gone wrong, from a sibling on a witchhunt. My elderly disabled father will be homeless. And I'm a CPA whom he has also charged with stealing from said cursed estate. Does it make sense for a self-employed CPA of >20yrs to steal from anyone? If so, wouldn't it be one of my hundreds of client's financial info? Come ON. This guy is soooo bad, he believed all the crazy sibling lies, one who has sued everyone in her life repeatedly, including her own mother over 40yrs time (FYI, Johnny, she will sue you too!!) John charged more in attorney fees than the entire estate was worth on day 1. I will never hire another attorney again after him. I'm now $50k under in legal fees, & the case still turned out as awful as possible. If you are shady & need a shady lawyer for a vendetta, John is your guy. Know it'll cost you, & he'll ask how much $$ you have in your acct before billing u that same amount.
Grossly incompetent, a LIAR, & a thief. John S. Taylor in far eastern TN will maliciously prosecute anyone, if you give him the entire balance of your bank account. Corrupt as hell. Lies to the Judges/Courts alike. Don't expect any outcome, other than your own need to file bankruptcy, after paying his $400-$500/hr attorney's fees. Straight up dubious!!!
John S. Taylor only cares about your $$$ - he will take every penny you have & do NOTHING on your case. His gross incompetence should have him barred from legal practice in all 50 states.
