Do not waste your time! Gives you no hope at all! VERY SHORT WITH CONVERSATION IF YOU CAN EVEN GET 5 MINS OF HIS TIME! LEAVES YOU FEELING HOPELESS. Very little communication with you. Short with answers if you can get any. Do yourself and your family A favor and hire someone who actually cares.
After he was paid the retainer, he was totally disconnected from me and my case. He failed to return most of my calls and emails, he seemed totally preoccupied when we spoke and often seemed offended that I had called him. He filed my case in the wrong jurisdiction, completely failed to prepare for my hearing and had failed to respond/ notify me of important communications from the opposing attorney. He literally spent more time chitchating w/ the opposing attorney than he spent on my case.
