I took this lawyer to the State Bar and received a refund of almost $6,000 from over billing me.

Hired Attorney Mr. Joseph Todd

Does not have knowledge of practice because he is spread to thin and trying to do too many at once (areas of practice) which makes it impossible for him to have the level of expertise needed. Judgement is poor so is his ethical behavior. FILED SUIT/INTERPLEDER AGAINST ME WITH NAC CHIROPRACTOR WHO HE RECOMMENDED I USE AND MADE CERTAIN THEY GET ALL THE MONEY FROM A BILL THEY PADDED WHERE I DID Not RECEIVE SERVICE. He kept me from filing so he could file against me and never had my best interest
