He dragged out a probate case from 2013 to 2018 costing us a lot of money. He said if I texted and not emailed he would have to charge me more due to it took time for him to put in a certain format. He claimed property was not in the estate but turned out it was after my research. He allowed one of the heirs to have a question by him about the case and I was paying for myself not for her. He also claimed he was not sure about leaving the firm to go out on his own when we asked why he did not mention this to us when we met him face to face about our case. It was within a week he had setup his own place. We finally hired another attorney who settled it much quicker.
