Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I have worked with Ms. Worsham on several occasions and she has served as a valuable resource for us. Whether it be simple, legal questions or representing us in a complex situation, Ms. Worsham has helped our district through some very difficult situations.
Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable in school law and has provided ethics professional development for our entire staff that was very beneficial.
Rebecca Worsham has served as my school board's attorney for many years. She is highly skilled in education law, special education law, and human resource law. She and her firm have always went above and beyond in all aspects of their service. Mrs. Worsham and her firm are easily one of the best firms for school districts, school boards, and school leaders in the State. I would highly recommend Mrs. Worsham to anyone seeking legal representation.
She turned chaos into order for our family with a favorable outcome.
Rebecca is an excellent attorney. She is direct and authoritative with her advice, but she knows how to listen. He preparation for a child custody hearing was exceptional and detailed. She has been a pleasure to work with,,
I found Ms Worsham to be very professional and will enlist her services again if needed. I feel very confident in her abilities.
Never went to court. Didn't get standard visitation schedule for our state. Rebecca disappeared completely, no matter how much money I offered. She went AWOL after the fact., and did not give me what I expected. to receive from the court. She's "OKAY". I will be spending more money somewhere else to remedy what she caused. She will disappear.
I had a similar outcome from one of the other reviewers on here where she AWOL on my custody case. A good friend of mine paid good money for her to represent me on my custody case for my son. When she was paid it took 2 to 3 weeks just to be able to get her to have a basic meeting with me to discuss matters. Once that occurred, it took nearly a year for her to even process a basic petition for a DNA test. By that time my mother's son had already fled the state. After another year of pursuing her to apply for a basic court trial, she refused to even acknowledge my existence and essentially took my money. Her negligence and incompetence has put my child through a very traumatic life and I would not recommend that for anybody. I fired her and replaced her with someone just as bad. Although the outcome was terrible with that attorney as well. Word to the wise, no matter how good of an attorney you have in Arkansas its good ole boy state & corruption is reality so don't expect miracles.
