I was making less than 75% of the income used to set my child support amount. Not only was my child support not lowered, it was actually increased by more than $50 a week. My ex-wife had withheld my visitation for 10 months (not due to child support issues), and I was awarded the same visitation I had before. Mr. Lilly was only interested in when he would receive his payments and nothing else.
If you are looking for an attorney who doesn’t respond, doesn’t follow through with timelines, doesn’t care about your case, and will not provide you with statements, this is your guy. This was my second time needing an attorney so I was familiar with processes and expectations. Michael didn’t come close to my previous attorney. He ignored handfuls of emails, calls, and information being requested by the opposing attorney. He was representing me out of state and not once did I meet with him via zoom or teams before my court case, despite several requests to meet. There is an ongoing investigation as I’ve filed a grievance with the state of Arkansas. Do your research before hiring him.
I spent over 8k on this lawyer and did nothing more than get an order drawn up. Not worth the money and he got scared in front of the prosecutor Michael Snell. Over priced not worth the money because nothing was done except a small piece of paper. Do better!! Actually help people instead of asking for ridiculous amounts of money with no results!
