Hired Attorney

He dropped the ball and did not file papers after he was paid to do so. He then lied about when he had last seen my mother, but I have her canceled check to him. As far as a "trust attorney" forget it. He didn't know my mother had a will, but he's the one who wrote it. Either his head is somewhere else or he is a shiester. Do not use this guy. I'm good to file a complaint with the state bar, maybe that will help.

Not ethical. Find another attorney. Better ones out there. Lies. Doesn't do that you pay him to do. Money went missing..................................................................................
