He is one of the best there is he get's the job done.
He was a very good lawyer !! I would use him again.
I was extremely happy with the services of Bartels Law Firm. I didn't go to them until I was at the hearing stage of my claim, but I wish that I had gone to them from the beginning. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone filing for social security disability.
Doesn't talk down to you; explains until you know what he's talking about; returns calls in a timely manner; treats you with respect.
My case was handled with respect and dignity. They made me feel like I was important and not just a number.
Absolute disregard for my case or me. Barely anything done by them on my behalf. Notifications about my case from the courts I had, and the said that they didn't have. Then looked at the computer screen and they did have it after all. Even told me at one point that SSA worked diligently to help with my case. I responded that with, not that we're true them I wouldn't need an attorney. Then they removed themselves from my case and didn't attempt to do the appeals process. Straight up quit on me to then sent me a bill saying that I owed them $80 cause that's what they spent out of pocket. Other than that. They done nothing to help me out. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that they'll bought and paid for by the state. Absolutely worthless.
After the services rendered on behalf of Mike, if I said absolutely nothing about the demeanor exercised by this individual, that I would be just as responsible as he is for the neglect shown to my case. I had my immune system impaired and was living a depreciated style of life lacking the ability to make such statements in the past. However now that I've quit impairing my immune system, at least I can type a little better or write some in which has rewarded me with the opportunity to point out the abuse which occurred at my hearing. Mike barely met the professional conduct to be rendered by a lawyer as being required by the bar asoc, not to mention the direct disregard for me or my case. He didn't point at any evidence in my medical records, nor did he make an attempt to point at any on my behalf, or state things I did in court appeal wise in my defense. I claimed to have evidence that could've favored the appeal mentioned during the hearing but he was negligent to mention any of it.
