Jack is a true professional. He took a complicated legal situation & maneuvered it with ease. I had a revoked DL after a 2nd DUI. All Lawyers that I spoke with told me IF I got my license back it would take several hearings, I would only receive a permit with limited driving hours/days & I would be require to have a breathalyzer installed in my vehicle for 9 to 12 months. I was original charged with a felony for both a DUI and fleeing and eluding. With Jack's experience with the law and his familiarity with courtroom protocols, charges were reduced to misdemeanors. At the suspension of my license hearing, the suspension was avoided due to evidence established that their was no probable cause. Now, the entire case, the DUI and fleeing and eluding charges have been dismissed. Excellent lawyer--highly impressed.
Jack was able to have our son's charge reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, and was also able to keep him from going to a detention center. Jack always treated us with respect and kept us well informed.

2 HOURS LATE FOR THE SCHEDULED COURT DATE, DIDN'T RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS. JUDGE ORDERED DRIVER TO SEARCH FOR HIS ATTORNEY.LATE BECAUSE HE WAS HANDLING SOME OTHER STUFF UPSTAIRS, NO RESULTS. DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO THE DRIVER WHAT HAPPENED.AVOID THESE TYPE OF ATTORNEYS. WE ALL UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY TICKET / CASE CAN RESULT IN NOT BEING RESOLVED BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME RESPECT TO THE PERSON WHO PAID YOU TO REPRESENT HIM AND TO THE JUDGE AND TO THE COURT.
