He also completed some extra research before we bought the property to ensure we could run a business from it after we told him our intentions to live there and open a business. he gave us specifications on the limitations of a business sign and livestock which could be raised on the property.
He was the only lawyer I could find when I was having a battle with the city of Braidwood, IL about property that my mother had left when she died - nobody else would even talk to me about what to do in these cases. I had contacted 4 different firms to try to get help.
