Hired Attorney

Brian Cichon went above and beyond for my case. He was very patient and answered all my questions, even when I asked them several times. His attention to detail, his knowledge of the laws, and his willingness to listen were top notch. I could always trust his advise. I was kept up to date on my case at all times and the communication was never lacking. I would definitely recommend Brian Cichon to anyone!

I seriously did not have any contact with a lawyer in the Joliet area. My first call to the office I was greeted by Leti who assists Brian Cichon. She had a way about herself to make me comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice. Her communication with me through the beginning of the process was exceptional and once I had help from Brian Cichon I was even more impressed with both of them and their professional skills. We had a difficult case against my employer as the employer kept changing attorneys, but Brian kept with it and I received a reasonable settlement.

Mr. Cichon does not return calls promptly - often week or so later. Has called at end of work day and left message and then unable to recontact until next day or after weekend. When states will get back to you, usually does not and you have to contact him and leave numerous messages. Client made to feel their business is not that important and case drags on.
