Do not trust this man or give him any of your money!!! I recently paid him $2,000.00 as a "retainer" for a custody case. After doing absolutely NOTHING other than showing up at the hearing, I ask for the remainder of my retainer fee back. I was told by this crook that he doesn't need to return any of it and that it was a flat fee, not a retainer! I have worked with other attorney's and never once have I received such terrible representation followed by disrespect.
I had been making payments to this attorney over three years for various legal reasons. I kept in touch with him weekly. $ 6000-7000 DOLLARS. He showed up for court dates. but did not not present sufficient evidence that i had given him on an appeal to the Superior court, or at a local magistrate. I have been harassed by an ex state cop at my home to the point where I was ready to sell my home and leave. I've turned to the Bar for help as he refuses to finish what we paid him for and refuses to give my money back. I am stuck hiring another law firmto get my money back . Unbelievable.
I hired him for a simple employment issue and gave him retainer and four months went by during times i pop visted him and he was cleary drinking on the job. Him and his girl friend feed me lies say ing he was taking care of my case hes lie and should be investing by fed authorities for malpractice. His saying is your in good hands. Thats allstae . Do not trust him! No stars
If I could rate a zero I would. In 2012 I paid him a $10,000 retainer fee. He had me believing that I had a good case. It started out well for the first couple of weeks. We met for drinks etc. Then nothing seemed to be getting done. About 6 yrs. later after getting tired of waiting I wrote a letter to the Bar, after that he had an attitude, showed no effort in fighting for me and never followed up with me on my case until I got a letter saying that I lost my case!! He is definitely a Shyster!
We had a clear case of sexual harassment on my wife with a witness. Kaharick spent time with us to say he would take the case, clearly explain his fee and get our money. That was the last we heard from him until 10 minutes before the hearing when he met us in the lobby of the magistrates office where he "prepared" us for the hearing. He was totally unprepared - as were we - and we lost the case. I'm not even sure how to express how horrible he was/is. He is a joke.
