Paige E. Macnie is an Associate with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara LLC and a member of the Corporate & Business, Cannabis Law and Litigation Teams. She focuses her practice on providing legal support across the firm’s practice areas, assisting in client representation in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial investigation and discovery, to motions and pleadings preparation through trial, settlement, and the appeal process. Attorney Macnie’s practice also includes providing business advice and assisting clients in the areas of corporate and regulatory compliance.
Attorney Macnie is an experienced legal researcher and writer, honing her skills as a Law Clerk at PLDO prior to her appointment as an Associate. Previous experience also includes working as an intern at the Worcester Trial Court Service Center.
In addition to her practice, she serves on the Board of the John P. Burke Memorial Fund, serves as Chair of its Scholarship-Alumni Committee, and as a member of its Scholarship Selection Committee.
Attorney Macnie earned her J.D. from New England Law, cum laude, where she was a CALI Award winner in Civil Procedure. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Assumption University in Worcester, MA. She is licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Attorney Macnie is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association.
