I felt a need to comment on the negative reviews I received in the review section of this site. In the google site I respond to each one and explain how specious they are, and, quite simply, false. On the google site there is a link that lets one respond which is much more fair.. Herein there is not so I suggest you go to my site on google and read what the facts are in each negative review. I am not saying I am perfect or have not made minor mistakes, but the four reviews on this site are completely false as to the facts and the conclusions they propose. It is a shame a cowardly individual can defame one's law practice with impunity by simply writing a bad review . Again, please read my responses to fantasy reviews from bad faith clients who simply didn't get their way. Jeffrey D. Johnson, Esq.

This attorney is horrible inaccurate and uneducated with the facts of the judicial system my son never has had issues with the law he had a run in with a situation this attorney is mean rude and disrespectful he makes no effort to resolve his case gives every excuse in the book but quick to take our money he needs to retire he has no concept of remembering my sons information case number and information in general we have done all the leg work on finding out Information for him we pay him for what ? He does nothing and very rude to clients unpro

He does not do what he says hes going to do.. He lies. No respect for his clients he threatens them. all he wants is free money.. no respect for the veterans..

nov 2013 i went to his office to do a bankruptcy and was told by his secretary that there was no problem in my mother giving me my house just to provide copy of quick claim deed..she left the firm and he kept telling me to be patient he would handle my case asap. when, a few months ago, i mentioned my house he says now it is a problem i paid 1 year ago the full $1050 and never got anything. i told him to cancel the bankruptcy and refund and he only wanted to send half back.never received it!

He's only in it for the money. He can't remember case details. I would strongly suggest finding other legal help.

Talks up his services, takes your money, then finds any excuse why he can't win your case so he doesn't have to work. He will lie straight to your face to get your money like the stuff you see in movies. You'd be better off representing yourself, even if you don't speak English. Reporting this unethical joker TODAY.

He told my fiance that he delivered pies to the DA and Magistrate and had great relationships with them and so would have no problem getting things done for my case. When I was transferred back to Kingsport he was supposed to immediately get me before the magistrate but when my fiance contacted him he never even went to the see me and told him that it may be a week before he could get me before the judge. I was reigned the next morning and set for 3 mnths later without him present also.
