Hired Attorney

I tried for my disability on my own and after the first denial, I contacted her for assistance. After our consultation, I knew she would do everything within her legal power to assist me. Her and her assistant were always available to communicate with me either by phone or email with any concerns about my case or new information that I had gained. She handled my case as if it were her own well being at stake. She won my case through her hard work and dedication! I highly recommend her as your attorney!

Hired Attorney

I hired Attorney McDaniel when I left my extremely abusive marriage. She showed empathy and patience yet she stayed one step in front of me in order to stay focused on what she was hired to do. Attorney McDaniel was a young attorney but she worked my case as if she had been practicing law all her life. She was knowledgeable, organized, prepared, and stood up with confidence and purpose in the court room. I absolutely would recommend Attorney McDaniel especially to women in need of protection when leaving DV. I still thank her for helping me.
