Extremely efficient. All the documents and paperwork was done very quickly and we were extremely pleased with them.
It was a quick process once it started
We were steered to Xlander's office by our realtor, and had no prior knowledge of the firm. They were average in their handling of the closing, although the fees were about 30% higher than we have paid in the past. However, when we attempted to have them follow up on post closing issues, it was extremely difficult to get a response from the attorneys -- it took over a month to finally get a second-hand message that they would not help with what is a fairly routine issue. I really cannot recommen
