Pistorius ARDC# 6188109 upon execution of an unlawfully signed affidavit from Mike LaTempt, Vice President of A/G and Commercial lending of CNB Bank & Trust engaged in a court filing pretending to be my legal counsel signed a confession of judgement of $197k, unjustly enriching himself in the process. At no time none of these officers of the court executed a service of notification of such a preceding nor a notice of judgement after the proceeding. In doing so posting a foreclosure notice in the local media outlet. Eric S. Pistorius filed the case on January 9th, 2025, paid the court fees on January 13th, 2025, and less than three days later a judgement entered on January 16th, 2025. Now I live in Florida and my company is a Florida Corporation formed in the state of Florida but I’m no rocket scientist but I can assure you that three days is hardly enough time to notify anyone of an impending case. You need arrested!
