Hired Attorney Timothy AB Reitz, Esq.

I paid him $2,000 up front for a custody case. He went months without contacting me and never contacted me regarding court dates. Almost missed one because of it. He doesn't have secretary , did NOTHING in my hearing and was 20 mins late. He still owes us a few hundred dollars and completely cut me out when I hounded him about it. He is trash and is only looking for a quick check. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very poor communication skills, in fact, next to none. No sense of urgency, fails to turn paperwork over to courthouse within the allotted time. continued to mess up paperwork. what should have been done months ago, is still in waiting. very frustrating, and very unprofessional.
