Hired Attorney

Strongly advise to avoid this attorney . Not honest and emotionally unstable. I had to hire another attorney to handle our mother’s estate after learning the 4 US Saving Bonds were never redeemed properly and were not placed in an estate account but rather in an account set up in my mother’s name paid upon death(POD). There was clear bias toward some of the distributes and we will probably wind up in surrogates court.
