Since 1967, Feintuch, Porwich & Feintuch, Attorneys at Law, has provided practical legal solutions to residents New Jersey. Although we are primarily a Jersey City personal injury law firm, we also represent client in legal areas such as real estate law and workers' compensation. The three attorneys at our Jersey City personal injury law firm have more than 75 years of combined legal experience. One clerked for a family law judge and is a regular commentator on Court TV.

Respected and Involved

We are respected in the community, partly because of our lawyers' involvement in the local region. One attorney has served as mayor of his town and vice president of his school board. Another of the attorneys is a member of the special labor counsel to the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewage Authority and municipal attorney for Victory Gardens, Morris County. We can put our vast legal experience and our knowledge of the law to work for you.

The lawyer came unprepared to court. He was talking about a case that had nothing to do with me. I honestly wish I would have read previous reviews.

This law firm lied to me told me I had a case that they would fight for all the way to the Supreme Court. When the case finally went before the judge three days before I was assigned a new lawyer. That lawyer literally told me he didn't think I should win. It was almost like she was trying to lose a winning case. The judge cited in my favor and I got to register letter from the attorneys 3 days later. However this case needed to be reviewed by the commissioner of education. I had repeated recalled to find out if the commissioner had reviewed the case and was told the commissioner needed an extension. Finally I got a registered letter for my attorneys saying the commissioner overturned the judges order. When I asked about the appeal process all of a sudden my case wasn't worth appealing. I had to appeal the case pro se. I ended up filing late because I never received the commissioners order until 3 weeks after it was issued. These attorneys seem unprofessional and unethical.
