Hired Attorney Jason Adam Isaacson

Jason Isaacson is an outstanding attorney—professional, honest, and truly committed to his clients. I came in afraid I wouldn’t be able to trust a lawyer or that I’d be taken advantage of, but working with Jason changed that completely. His care and dedication were beyond anything I expected, and the service he provided me was worth a hundred times more than what he charged me. Joshua Hecht is a very knowledgeable, efficient and effective matrimonial attorney. He always responded to my questions and concerns in a very timely fashion. He was compassionate and patient during this very emotional ordeal and I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my case. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Over two years without the stipulation signed for an uncontested divorce. I had to ask for the things I wanted on the stipulation to be put in and was charged for the revision that they messed up on. However, the things my husband wanted was easily added to the stipulation without any issues. Two lawyers worked my case (Jason and Dylan) and I was sometimes charged for the same services by both lawyers. Check your bills!!!!! I paid more than twice the retainer we agreed on and I still have to take my husband to court. When I picked up my file, I was handed the flash drive directly in my hand, it was not in an envelope. I was told via email that we will discuss the file, however that did not take place. I recommend reading the reviews from multiple sources since some are only rated by 3 reviews.

***AVOID SUNSHINE, ISAACSON & HECHT LIKE THE PLAGUE*** Partner Jason Isaacson took three years from 2016 to 2019 to create, negotiate, and have signed my Separation and Judgment of Divorce Agreements. Then, Jason took yet another three years from 2020 to 2023 trying to enforce the toilet paper that became our“agreement” which was garbage! Within that time period, ALL of the things that I wrote in said agreement to protect are now completely GONE! First and foremost, my relationship with my three adoring children, then lost my single largest asset in my house, then lost my extremely high credit rating which could cost me my job as a bank officer, and then Jason couldn’t even control the schedule of re-calculation of my downward modification of child support payments to the extent that I have been overpaying in child support for more than two years now?! Once again, avoid this firm, like the plague! This is the worst experience of my life.
