Don't bother taking proof, documentation, signed contracts or anything to mediation. She will not even look at it. Her mediation style is highly offensive. I am not a confrontational person at all, which is actually one of my biggest weaknesses. She made me feel like I HAD to defend myself, instead of being a neutral arbitrator and carefully looking at both sides of the story. With her refusal to look at any proof and documentation, it basically is her assumptions versus what you know and can prove, and she doesn't really care what you can prove. Oh, and her neutrality, she only came into the room to yell at me, whereas she was socializing with the other party enough to look at pictures on their phone.
She is a hateful, nasty and rude. She is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. She shows a clear bias. She chooses a favorite and refuses to help the other personal. I have actually reported her to the bar and asked her to leave me alone. She continues to ignore that and harasses me further. I have actually hired an attorney to prosecute her as well. She should not have a license. She should not work with people at all.
