Ms. Cummins represented me in a visitation matter with my daughter's father. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. We went to mediation and she fought hard to make sure the things that were important to me were included in the agreement.
I really liked her. She made me feel like she cared. The only thing I did not like is that I felt I was being charged more than I should have been for a few things. I also felt like we could have closed the estate sooner than we did.
I am so disappointed with her. I expected so much from this office. She don’t return emails in a timely manner. And NO phone calls back. When you go through a divorce and things get critical at least she could do is respond to an email within 24-48 hours, give a phone call or have her assistant call back. Still in limbo haven’t heard anything from Rachelle. Like GET ON THE PHONE!!! Speak to your clients. Emails aren’t always clear and can lead to more questions that you don’t get answered. Save your money and go to a different firm. This has been a lawyer that hasn’t been on her A Game since the beginning.
