She did an excellent job reguarding the guardianship of my grandchildren. She called me back after hours and spent time getting informed on the situation. She got us into court the next day and when one judge was still in a trial was able to get us in to see another judge in closed chambers. Her price for what she did was fair and I would definately recommend and have recommended her! Thank You!!!
DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! SHE DRUG OUR CASE OUT FOR 8 YEARS AND THEN WE FOUND OUT SHE HAS SPENT OVER $80,000 OF MONEY SHE WAS HOLDING FROM THE SALE OF OUR HOUSE! SHE SPENT IT ON PERSONAL TRAVEL/VACATIONS!
She has continually lied to my family and has been dragging our case out for a year and four months and claiming to have filed papers last week on our behalf yet the court records show nothing has been done since October, 2017. She will not respond to phone calls or emails and has made numerous mistakes on our case. Do not hire her.
I am so upset that we were referred to Lee in regards to child custody, she will take your money, have you do all the ground work and then not communicate with you in regards to court hearings (would not even how up herself but say she did) and other important dealings involving our case.
If you want to use someone who will take your actual childs well being into account rather than her friends and personal contacts wants and desires than don't use her. She's a typical small town crooked lawyer who seems to have gotten her degree out of a cracker box. Ethics must have been a class she skipped. You'd be better off defending yourself.
