I asked Cody to prepare a revised deed for me which he did. I tried calling him to set up a time to go in and sign it but had no response for a couple weeks so I went to another firm and got the work done. A couple months later he sends me a bill for the service and threatens to come after me if I do not pay the $250 when I did not use his service at all. He pulls up the public records and tells me i did use his deed so I assume he thought i took his work and just had it signed by another firm, which was not the case. The two deeds were very different. I had every intentions of using him and using him for more legal services but that changed very quick. I do not recommend him for his lack of professionalism sending me responses like "I'll see you soon" when i refused to pay. $250 was not worth his or my stress. Use him at your risk.
